In 2007, in line with the Dubailand development initiatives to establish Dubai as a major regional tourist hub, Edifice was appointed by Gulf Finance House and Tanmiyat to develop the concept and master plan of Legends Dubailand, encompassing three world-class covered theme parks – Legends of Arabia, Legends of Nature and Legends of the World.

The project was due to  cover 8 hectares of stimulating environments showcasing attractions inspired by legendary stories, world events and other legendary wonders. The project was to be the first climate-controlled environment in the region, thus providing the best comfort to its visitors, all year round.

As a complement to these attractions, Legends also included a villa complex with a 9-hole, 18-tee golf course, three themed hotels, high-rise apartment towers and commercial offices.
