Tunis Sports City Commercial Zone

Mixed-Use Development
Tunis, Tunisia

Edifice was appointed by Sport Cities International to undertake the market and feasibility study that would support the development of an attractive and viable mixed-use project. The outcome of the study resulted in a detailed component mix for the Zone with market supportable data to justify both the development and recommended phasing.

The mixed-use development comprised the commercial shopping and entertainment component of Tunis Sports City, which was  located in the urban area of the development, bordering the golf course and is planned to comprise a large shopping mall, hotel, office complex, entertainment and branded residential.

Edifice amassed an international team of experts: architects, engineers, leisure, retail & feasibility and supporting specialist consultants.

This master plan envisaged to make Tunis Sports City a mega residential, entertainment and retail destination in Tunisia and a viable contributor to strong regional tourism growth.
